Research on stress wave wood nondestructive testing technology

Abstract As a kind of nondestructive testing technology, stress wave technology has the advantages long propagation distance, strong anti-interference ability and convenient use, become one important means to detect wood properties defects at home abroad. This paper introduces several equipment commonly used in field non-destructive this stage, analyzes its characteristics. The research status is analyzed from three aspects: mechanical property testing, internal defect factors affecting velocity. Finally, existing problems development trends are discussed provide reference for further field.
